We work for you!

Our firm focuses on claims for the most vulnerable populations facing difficulty and the inability to work at substantial gainful activity levels. Specifically, we represent clients in their applications for benefits under the Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income programs.

The attorney's fees are set by law, which is 1/4 of the back benefits you are entitled to, with a cap of around $7,200, which means there are no out of pocket costs to you. Since we only get paid in the event that we win, we want to do everything right for you from the very beginning. We prefer to file your claims for you and handle all communication with the Social Security Administration on your behalf.

SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY INSURANCE

SSDI claims are benefits based on what you have paid into Social Security over the years under the Title II program, which includes Disabled Widow's Benefits. In order to find out how much you are qualified for monthly, you must call 1-800-772-1213 or your local field office, and ask for your primary insurance amount (PIA). In addition to obtaining a monthly income, clients who obtain SSDI benefits will also qualify for Medicare.

SSI claims are benefits for those who have an inconsistent work history, have been out of work for extensive time before filing, or have not worked previously. Along with a monthly stiped, claimants who qualify for SSI will receive Medicaid benefits. You can contact our office to see if you qualify for the non-medical part of SSI benefits with a free consultation from one of our attorneys.
